Special event parking

Duplexx provides additional parking for its customers on days where private parties are expecting a somewhat large crowd. This parking lot is located at the corner of Swift Ave and Montgomery Rd which is approximately 1 block away from Duplexx Coffee and Cocktails. Please be aware that Duplexx does not own this lot, therefore Duplexx customers can only park in this lot on days that the lot is reserved by Duplexx. Duplexx will always publish the days where customers are allowed to park in this lot via social media. If you are unsure if you can park in this lot, please feel free to give us a call at (513)258-3507 to confirm. Unauthorized parking in this lot may result in your vehicle being towed.
